释义	【法律意见】因离婚案件具有人身性质，法律规定当事人必须到庭。一方不到庭的有两种解决办法：拘传和缺席判决。【法律依据】一是根据《民事诉讼法》第一百条，“人民法院对必须到庭的被告，经两次传票传唤，无正当理由拒不到庭的，可以拘传”。二是根据《民事诉讼法》第一百三十条，“被告经传票传唤，无正当理由拒不到庭的，或者未经法庭许可中途退庭的，可以缺席判决”。
