释义	合同解除，是指合同当事人一方或者双方依照法律规定或者当事人的约定，依法解除合同效力的行为。合同一旦签约，具有国家法律保护。单位在试用期解除合同应当说明理由，劳动者解除应当提前三天提出辞职，双方协定后解除劳动合同。《劳动合同法》第二十一条规定，在试用期中，除劳动者有本法第三十九条和第四十条第一项、第二项规定的情形外，用人单位不得解除劳动合同。用人单位在试用期解除劳动合同的，应当向劳动者说明理由。
