问题	消费者换货的规定
释义	经营者提供的商品或者服务不符合质量要求的，消费者可以依据国家规定、当事人约定退货，或者要求经营者履行更换、修理等之务。其中不符合质量要求，是指经营者提供的商品或者服务的质量没有达到规定的标准或者与消费者约定的标准。经营者提供的商品或者服务不符合质量要求的，消费者可依照国家规定或约定选择要求经营者退货、更换或是修理。没有国家规定和当事人约定的，消费者要在收到商品之曰起七曰内退货。因退换货或是修理产生的必要费用应由经营者承担。法律依据《中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法》第二十四条
