释义	被动物咬伤应向动物饲养人或者管理人寻求赔偿。未对动物采取安全举措造成他人损害的，无免责事由，仅在被侵权人故意或者重大过失的情形下，动物饲养人或者管理人才可以依法减轻或者不承担其动物饲养责任。法律依据：《民法典》第一千一百七十四条损害是因模银首受害人故意造成的，行为人不承担责任。第一千二百四十五条饲养的动物造成他人损害的，动物饲养人或者管理人应当承担侵权责任；但是，能够证明损害是因被侵权人旦数故意或者重大过失造成的，可搏滚以不承担或者减轻责任。
