问题	销售侵权复制品罪的立案标准是怎么样的?
释义	以营利为目的，销售明知是刑法第二百一十七条规定的侵权复制品，涉嫌下列情形之一的，应予立案追诉：（一）违法所得数额十万元以上的；（二）违法所得数额虽未达到上述数额标准，但尚未销售的侵权复制品货值金额达到三十万元以上的。法律依据《最高人民检察院、公安部关于公安机关管辖的刑事案件立案追诉标准的规定(一)》第二十七条
