释义	选举的违法行为主要有以下四种：（1）以暴力、威胁、欺骗、贿赂、伪造选票等不正当手段，妨害选民行使选举权，破坏村民委员会选举的行为。（2）调整、变更村民委员会成员候选人或者指定、委派、撤销村民委员会成员的行为。（3）对检举村民委员会选举中违法行为的村民或者提供罢免村民委员会成员的村民有压制、报复的行为。（4）破坏村民委员会选举的其他违法行为，是指除上述三项所列违法行为以外的其他破坏村民委员会选举的行为。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国选举法》第五条每一选民在一次选举中只有一个投票权。
