释义	法律分析: 遗嘱经公证后，是有法律效力的。遗嘱公证是指公证机关依法证明遗嘱人设立遗嘱行为真实性、合法性的活动。遗嘱有公证遗嘱、自书遗嘱、代书遗嘱、口述遗嘱、录音遗嘱五种形式，其中公证遗嘱效力最高。《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百三十三条自然人可以依照本法规定立遗嘱处分个人财产，并可以指定遗嘱执行人。自然人可以立遗嘱将个人财产指定由法定继承人中的一人或者数人继承。自然人可以立遗嘱将个人财产赠与国家、集体或者法定继承人以外的组织、个人。自然人可以依法设立遗嘱信托。
