释义	肖像权受到侵害，公民有权要求侵权人停止侵害，消除影响，赔礼道歉，赔偿损失。如果侵权人置之不理，公民可以向法院提起诉讼，要求法院强制侵权人停止侵害、消除影响、恢复名誉、赔礼道歉、赔偿损失。对无营利目的的侵害肖像权行为，肖像权人有权要求赔偿精神损失;对以营利为目的的侵害肖像权行为，肖像权人既有权要求精神损害赔偿，又有权要求侵权人对侵害肖像权所造成的物质上的损失，进行经济损害赔偿。法律依据《民法典》第一千零一十八条、第一百七十九条
