释义	根据《中华人民共和国合同法》第54.55.56条规定，一方可变更合同的情形有：(一)、因重大误解订立的合同。1、表意人因为误解作出了意思表示;2、表意人对合同的内容等发生了重大误解;3、误解是由误解方自己的过失造成的;4、误解是误解一方的非故意行为。(二)、显失公平的合同。1、合同在订立时就显失公平;2、一方获得的利益超过了法律所允许的限度;受害的一方在订立合同时缺乏经验或情况紧迫。(三)、因欺诈、胁迫而订立的合同。(四)、乘人之危订立的合同。
