释义	法律分析：租的房子反水可以解除合同。承租的房屋出现漏水后，承租人可以要求出租人进行修缮，如果不修缮的，承租人可以解除合同。以对方有违约行为，致使合同目的不能实现为由要求解除合同。出租人在提供房屋是有适宜居住的义务，发生导致房屋很明显不符合约定的用途，如果调解不成可以向法院提起诉讼，要求解除合同，返还租金，赔偿损失。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百三十一条租赁物危及承租人的安全或者健康的，即使承租人订立合同时明知该租赁物质量不合格，承租人仍然可以随时解除合同。
