释义	法律分析: 继续犯是一个行为，因为主观上继续犯具有对于一个犯罪行为的故意，尽管具有长时间实行的性质，但都是为了达到其犯罪的目的；继续犯是持续地侵害同一个法益，如果其所侵害的是法律所保护的不同权益，就不可能是继续犯等。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国刑法》第八十九条追诉期限从犯罪之日起计算;犯罪行为有连续或者继续状态的，从犯罪行为终了之日起计算。在追诉期限以内又犯罪的，前罪追诉的期限从犯后罪之日起计算。
