释义	法律分析：法人变更了，原来的合同还是有效的。因为当时签订的合同符合法律规定的合同生效条件，即使之后发生了法人变更的情形，但是并不影响原合同签订是有效的，当事人不得因此而拒绝履行合同约定的义务。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百零二条依法成立的合同，自成立时生效，但是法律另有规定或者当事人另有约定的除外。第五百三十二条合同生效后，当事人不得因姓名、名称的变更或者法定代表人、负责人、承办人的变动而不履行合同义务。
