释义	法律分析：1、自然人犯本罪的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；造成特别重大损失的，处五年以上有期徒刑。2、单位犯本罪的，对单位判处罚金，并对其直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员，依照上述的规定处罚。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百八十九条银行或者其他金融机构的工作人员在票据业务中，对违反票据法规定的票据予以承兑、付款或者保证，造成重大损失的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役;造成特别重大损失的，处五年以上有期徒刑。
