工商股权质押有期限吗
《担保法》规定，质权与其担保的债权同时存在，债权消灭的，质权也消灭，也就是说只要主债权存在，质权也同时存在。因此，质押合同不需要约定质押期限。
《担保法》没有对担保期限作强制性规定，因而担保期限属于当事人意思自治的范畴。当事人对担保期限的约定只要没有违反法律的有关规定就行。
实践中，上市公司股权质押一般都设定质押期限。法律允许有限责任公司股权质押时，当事人按意思自治原则设定质押期限。而在这种情况下在工商登记的质押期限应当和主合同中约定的期限一致。
