问题	肇事逃逸，可以撤销吗
释义	依据我国相关法律的规定，当事人向交通管理部门报案交通肇事逃逸后，如果查明案件是属于事实的，报案人是不能申请撤销案件的，交通管理部门会进行调查取证。法律依据《道路交通事故处理程序规定》第三十三条，案发地公安机关交通管理部门可以通过发协查通报、向社会公告等方式要求协查、举报交通肇事逃逸车辆或者侦破线索。发出协查通报或者向社会公告时，应当提供交通肇事逃逸案件基本事实、交通肇事逃逸车辆情况、特征及逃逸方向等有关情况。
