释义	法律分析：包办婚姻与买卖婚姻既有联系，又有区别。包办婚姻不一定是买卖婚姻，而买卖婚姻必然是包办婚姻。买卖婚姻是指婚姻关系以外的第三者以索取大量财物为目的，包办强迫他人缔结的婚姻。只要包办婚姻和买卖婚姻属于胁迫当事人结婚的，当事人都可以事后撤销婚姻。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零五十二条因胁迫结婚的，受胁迫的一方可以向人民法院请求撤销婚姻。请求撤销婚姻的，应当自胁迫行为终止之日起一年内提出。被非法限制人身自由的当事人请求撤销婚姻的，应当自恢复人身自由之日起一年内提出。
