释义	法律分析：在我国醉驾判刑后一般不可以假释。醉驾一般是按照1到6个月左右的拘役来处置的，而我国刑法当中的假释是针对那些被判处有期徒刑的犯人，所以醉驾就不符合假释规定的条件的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第八十一条被判处有期徒刑的犯罪分子，执行原判刑期二分之一以上，被判处无期徒刑的犯罪分子，实际执行十三年以上;如果认真遵守监规，接受教育改造，确有悔改表现，没有再犯罪的危险的，可以假释。如果有特殊情况，经最高人民法院核准，可以不受上述执行刑期的限制。
