释义	法律分析: 不可以，食品微生物学检验总则规定：检验结果报告后，剩余样品或同批样品不进行微生物项目的复检。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国食品安全法实施条例》第一百条有下列情形之一的，不得予以复检：（一）检验结论显示微生物指标超标的；（二）复检备份样品超过保质期的；（三）逾期提出复检申请的；（四）其他原因导致备份样品无法实现复检目的的。
