释义	法律分析：债务人死亡后，债务由债务人遗留的遗清偿，如果继承人继承遗产的，由继承人在继承数额进行清偿，如果没有遗产的，债务关系消灭。但原债务人的继承人或受遗赠人只就所得遗产实际价值范围承担责任，超出部分不负责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百五十九条分割遗产，应当清偿被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务；但是，应当为缺乏劳动能力又没有生活来源的继承人保留必要的遗产。
