释义	法律分析：经过公证的遗嘱，如果没有新的公证遗嘱推翻此遗嘱，是一直有效的。但如果公证遗嘱属于赠予遗嘱的，有有效期，有效期为两个月。遗嘱是被继承人(立遗嘱人)死后才生效，只要死前没有立新的遗嘱则从被继承人死亡开始生效，有效期限没有法律规定。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百三十九条公证遗嘱由遗嘱人经公证机构办理。
