释义	票据权利的价值保全的方式：在票据当事人的营业场所和营业时间内，票据当事人无营业场所的，应当在其住所，由持票人依法对票据债务人行使保全票据权利。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第十六条持票人对票据债务人行使票据权利，或者保全票据权利，应当在票据当事人的营业场所和营业时间内进行，票据当事人无营业场所的，应当在其住所进行。第一百条票据的提示期限、有关拒绝证明的方式、出具拒绝证明的期限，适用付款地法律。第一百零一条票据丧失时，失票人请求保全票据权利的程序，适用付款地法律。
