合同诉讼管辖法院属于哪里 -管辖

法律分析：
合同诉讼管辖法院一般以合同约定为准。没有约定或约定不明确的，一般由被告住所地或者合同履行地人民法院管辖。如果合同没有实际履行,当事人双方住所地又都不在合同约定的履行地的,则一般由被告住所地人民法院管辖。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》 第二十三条 因合同纠纷提起的诉讼，由被告住所地或者合同履行地人民法院管辖。
