释义	高利贷是不受法律保护的，一般的民间借贷诉讼时效是两年。所以，放高利贷这种行为与时间是没有多大的联系，仅仅是在诉讼时效上有关联。《最高人民检察院、公安部关于经济犯罪案件追诉标准的规定》第二十三条：高利转贷案（刑法第175条）以转贷牟利为目的，套取金融机构信贷资金高利转贷他人，涉嫌下列情形之一的，应予追诉：1、个人高利转贷，违法所得数额在五万元以上的；2、单位高利转贷，违法所得数额在十万元以上的；3、虽未达到上述数额标准，但因高利转贷，受过行政处罚二次以上，又高利转贷的。
