释义	法律分析: 双方都是军人的离婚案件或者军人一方提出离婚的，应先经当事人所在部队政治机关审查、调解，无效时再由部队政治机关提出处理意见，然后由人民法院审理判决。非军人一方提出离婚的，须经军人同意。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零八十一条现役军人的配偶要求离婚，应当征得军人同意，但是军人一方有重大过错的除外。
