释义	从事公职人员因生活作风问题可能被开除公职。法律依据：《行政机关公务员处分条例》第二十九条：有下列行为之一的，给予警告、记过或者记大过处分；情节较重的，给予降级或者撤职处分；情节严重的，给予开除处分： (一) 拒不承担赡养、抚养、扶养义务的； (二) 虐待、遗弃家庭成员的； (三) 包养情人的； (四) 严重违反社会公德的行为。有前款第 (三) 项行为的，给予撤职或者开除处分。
