释义	设立一个公司的步骤如下： 1、通过股东投资获得资金； 2、制定公司章程； 3、确立公司名称、住所、经营范围、组织机构等； 4、申请设立登记。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第七条依法设立的公司，由公司登记机关发给公司营业执照。公司营业执照签发日期为公司成立日期。第十一条设立公司必须依法制定公司章程。第二十九条股东认足公司章程规定的出资后，由全体股东指定的代表或者共同委托的代理人向公司登记机关报送公司登记申请书、公司章程等文件，申请设立登记。
