同性恋可以领结婚证吗?

法律分析：我国现在并没有相关法律法规允许同性办理结婚登记，包括《民法典》在内所有有关婚姻登记的法律条例都只针对男女异性设定。就目前而言，在中国大陆地区是不允许给同性办理结婚证的。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十九条规定：结婚的男女双方应当亲自到婚姻登记机关申请结婚登记。符合本法规定的，予以登记，发给结婚证。完成结婚登记，即确立婚姻关系。未办理结婚登记的，应当补办登记。
