释义	法律分析：嫖娼属于违法，当场没抓到事后也会，但是超过六个月就不会了。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第二十二条违反治安管理行为在6个月内没有被公安机关发现的，不再处罚。前款中的期限，从违反治安管理行为发生之日起计算；违反治安管理行为有连续或者继续状态的，从行为终了之日起计算。第六十六条卖淫、嫖娼的，处10日以上15日以下拘留，可以并处5000元以下罚款；情节较轻的，处5日以下拘留或者500元以下罚款。在公共场所拉客招嫖的，处5日以下拘留或者500元以下罚款。
