释义	(1)持有境外机动车合法取得的驾驶证的人，符合我国公安部门规定的驾驶证许可条件的，经公安交通管理部门考核合格后，可以发给中国的机动车驾驶证。 (2)持有香港、澳门、台湾地区驾驶证或国际驾驶证并在境外连续居留六个月以上的中国公民，可以申请驾驶证;并履行相关手续。 (3)持有外国机动车驾驶证或者香港特区、澳门特区、台湾地区机动车驾驶证的人员需要驾驶机动车的，应当向居住地的公安机关交通管理部门申请机动车驾驶许可。
