假释执行完毕如何撤销
释义
犯罪分子被假释后，考验期满的，犯罪分子没有违反刑法规定的情形时，可以认为原判刑罚已经执行完毕，并公开予以宣告。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》
第八十三条【考验期限】有期徒刑的假释考验期限，为没有执行完毕的刑期;无期徒刑的假释考验期限为十年。
假释考验期限，从假释之日起计算。
第八十五条【假释考验及其积极后果】对假释的犯罪分子，在假释考验期限内，依法实行社区矫正，如果没有本法第八十六条规定的情形，假释考验期满，就认为原判刑罚已经执行完毕，并公开予以宣告。
