释义	法律分析：现在法律没有规定初始工资的条款，可以理解为最初的工资待遇。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第二十条劳动者在试用期的工资不得低于本单位相同岗位最低档工资或者劳动合同约定工资的百分之八十，并不得低于用人单位所在地的最低工资标准。第五十五条集体合同中劳动报酬和劳动条件等标准不得低于当地人民政府规定的最低标准；用人单位与劳动者订立的劳动合同中劳动报酬和劳动条件等标准不得低于集体合同规定的标准。
