什么算是传播淫秽信息 -法律知识 |

法律分析：
传播淫秽的书刊、影片、音像、图片或者其他淫秽物品，涉嫌下列情形之一的，应予立案追诉：
（一）向他人传播三百至六百人次以上的；
（二）造成恶劣社会影响的。
不以牟利为目的，利用互联网、移动通讯终端传播淫秽电子信息，涉嫌下列情形之一的，应予立案追诉：
（一）数量达到本规定第八十二条第二款第（一）项至第（五）项规定标准二倍以上的；
（二）数量分别达到本规定第八十二条第二款第（一）项至第（五）项两项以上标准的；
（三）造成严重后果的。
利用聊天室、论坛、即时通信软件、电子邮件等方式，实施本条第二款规定行为的，应予立案追诉。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国刑法》 第三百六十四条 传播淫秽的书刊、影片、音像、图片或者其他淫秽物品，情节严重的，处二年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制。
组织播放淫秽的电影、录像等音像制品的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制，并处罚金;情节严重的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。
制作、复制淫秽的电影、录像等音像制品组织播放的，依照第二款的规定从重处罚。
向不满十八周岁的未成年人传播淫秽物品的，从重处罚。
