释义	法律分析: 代理人不能自己代理。根据法律规定，代理人不得以被代理人的名义私自订立合同，代理人以被代理人的名义私自订立合同的行为属于无权代理，必须经被代理人事前同意或者事后追认，才能发生有权代理的效力。《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百六十八条代理人不得以被代理人的名义与自己实施民事法律行为，但是被代理人同意或者追认的除外。代理人不得以被代理人的名义与自己同时代理的其他人实施民事法律行为，但是被代理的双方同意或者追认的除外。
