释义	法律分析：言词证据，“实物证据”的对称。又称“人证”或“人的证据”。是指以言词形式提供的证据。包括证人证言、鉴定意见、被害人陈述、刑事被告人供述和辩解、民事当事人陈述等。言词证据材料，符合取证主体和办案程序的相关规定，具有合法性，调查当中无刑讯逼供等非法情形的，可以作为诉讼证据使用。法律依据：《刑事诉讼法》第六十一条规定，证人证言必须在法庭上经过公诉人、被害人和被告人、辩护人双方质证并且查实以后，才能作为定案的根据。法庭查明证人有意作伪证或者隐匿罪证的时候，应当依法处理。
