干活老板不让走怎么办

法律分析：辞职不干,老板不让走,可以直接递交辞职报告,只要提前30天告知用人单位要解除劳动合同的,劳动者在期满后可以直接离职,解除劳动合同。劳动者按此规定辞职就是合法的，并不需要用人单位批准，到时间可以离职。如用人单位因此扣发工资，可向劳动仲裁委申请仲裁（不收费），再要回工资就是了。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第三十七条 劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
