释义	法律分析：公休日。法律规定或者依法订立的协议规定的每工作一定时间必须休息的时间。如每工作5天以后休息2天，这2天就是公休假日。由于我国规定职工每周工作时间不得高于40小时，因此一般用人单位实行每周休息两日。法律依据：《职工带薪年休假条例》第二条机关、团体、企业、事业单位、民办非企业单位、有雇工的个体工商户等单位的职工连续工作1年以上的，享受带薪年休假（以下简称年休假）。单位应当保证职工享受年休假。职工在年休假期间享受与正常工作期间相同的工资收入。
