释义	法律分析：信犯，又称愚昧犯。是指行为人由于极端迷信、愚昧无知而采取没有任何客观根据、在任何情况下都不可能发生实际危害的手段或方法来实现其犯罪意图的情况，迷信犯多是因为文化水平所限，而且它的行为与结果之间不存在因果关系，所以认为是不成立犯罪，不是犯罪未遂。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二十三条已经着手实行犯罪，由于犯罪分子意志以外的原因而未得逞的，是犯罪未遂。对于未遂犯，可以比照既遂犯从轻或者减轻处罚。
