释义	法律分析: 会议认为，民法总则施行后至民法典施行前，拟编入民法典但尚未完成修订的物权法、合同法等民商事基本法，以及不编入民法典的公司法、证券法、信托法、保险法、票据法等民商事特别法，均可能存在与民法总则规定不一致的情形。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国立法法》第九十二条同一机关制定的法律、行政法规、地方性法规、自治条例和单行条例、规章，特别规定与一般规定不一致的，适用特别规定；新的规定与旧的规定不一致的，适用新的规定。
