释义	法律分析：公积金缴存比例一般不会变动。缴存住房公积金确有困难的单位，可按南昌市洪房公〔2016〕26号文件规定提出降低缴存比例或缓缴申请，待单位效益好转后，再提高缴存比例或补缴缓缴的住房公积金。法律依据：《中华人民共和国住房公积金管理条例》第二十一条每位缴存职工只能有一个住房公积金账户，若本人已在两个或两个以上城市设立了住房公积金账户并正常缴存的，只能保留其中一个账户继续缴存，其他的账户必须封存，待符合条件后可通过全国异地转移接续平台办理账户转移业务。
