释义	法律分析：可随时撤销的信托没有资产保全的功能,保险金信托一般是不可撤销的。实际上保险金信托满期,或者达成委托人的愿望,或者设立时损害了债权人利益,或者违反了委托人的意愿等,保险金信托终止。法律依据：《中华人民共和国信托法》第十二条委托人设立信托损害其债权人利益的，债权人有权申请人民法院撤销该信托。人民法院依照前款规定撤销信托的，不影响善意受益人已经取得的信托利益。本条第一款规定的申请权，自债权人知道或者应当知道撤销原因之日起一年内不行使的，归于消灭。
