释义	《消毒技术规范》是适用于在中华人民共和国境内生产、经营、使用和检验消毒产品的组织，医疗卫生机构以及传染病疫源地和其他一切需要消毒的场所。2003年4月1日起实施。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《消毒管理办法》第一条为了加强消毒管理，预防和控制感染性疾病的传播，保障人体健康，根据《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》及其实施办法的有关规定，制定本办法。第二条本办法适用于医疗卫生机构、消毒服务机构以及从事消毒产品生产、经营活动的单位和个人。其他需要消毒的场所和物品管理也适用于本办法。
