释义	法律分析：委托律师有合同，当事人需要跟律师签订委托合同。委托代理合同或委托协议一般都是采用书面的形式，并且应当明确写明律师应做哪些工作、收多少费用等。律师在对外承接业务过程中，必须由律师事务所与当事人签订委托合同，再由事务所指派律师具体承办业务，律师不能以个人名义与当事人签订代理合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第九百一十九条委托合同是委托人和受托人约定，由受托人处理委托人事务的合同。第九百二十条委托人可以特别委托受托人处理一项或者数项事务，也可以概括委托受托人处理一切事务。
