释义	法律分析: 劳动者辞职后，其个人档案是不可以拿走的。劳动者的档案应当由用人单位转送新单位，档案可以在公司取出，但不能自己取出。去公司取档案前，必须出具档案移交书等相关证明。《档案法》第十四条应当归档的材料，按照国家有关规定定期向本单位档案机构或者档案工作人员移交，集中管理，任何个人不得拒绝归档或者据为己有。国家规定不得归档的材料，禁止擅自归档。
