问题	拒绝要约后要约会失效吗
释义	拒绝要约后要约并不会就失效，而是拒绝要约的通知到达要约人后，要约才会失效，如果拒绝要约通知送达要约人前，受要约人撤销拒绝通知的，要约是不会失效的。我国法律有下列情形之一的，要约失效：(一)拒绝要约的通知到达要约人;(二)要约人依法撤销要约;(三)承诺期限届满，受要约人未作出承诺;(四)受要约人对要约的内容作出实质性变更。法律依据《民法典》第四百七十八条
