释义	法律分析: 发行股票的方式购买股权就是发行新的股票来融资，购买别的公司的股票或自己公司的股票，股票持有的多了就有话语权了，就能参与管理了。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国公司法》第一百二十七条股份的发行，实行公平、公正的原则，同种类的每一股份应当具有同等权利。同次发行的同种类股票，每股的发行条件和价格应当相同何单位或者个人所认购的股份，每股应当支付相同价额。第一百二十八条股票发行价格可以按票面金额，也可以超过票面金额，但不得低于票面金额。
