释义	不限购。2014年9月23日重庆市住房保障和房屋管理局召开新闻发布会,正式下发了《市政府关于取消我市商品住房限购政策的通知》,宣布重庆市自9月24日起取消住房限购,凡在重庆市市区域购买住房(含新建商品住房和二手住房)的,不再实行限购。办理相关手续时,不再核查住房情况,不再要求提供户籍、纳税或缴纳社会保险等相关证明。也就是说外地人在重庆市买房跟武汉人购房及贷款的资格是一样的,外地人在重庆市购房不再需要提供相关的纳税或者社保证明。
