释义	法律分析：可以。知道案件情况并提供证言的人。在我国，除因生理上、精神上有缺陷或者年幼而不能辨别是非、不能正确表达意志的人以外，凡是知道案件情况的人，都有作证的义务。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第七十二条凡是知道案件情况的单位和个人，都有义务出庭作证。有关单位的负责人应当支持证人作证。不能正确表达意思的人，不能作证。《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第六十二条凡是知道案件情况的人，都有作证的义务。生理上、精神上有缺陷或者年幼，不能辨别是非、不能正确表达的人，不能作证人。
