释义	法律分析：附条件合同条件根本无法成就可以解除合同，附条件可分为延缓条件、解除条件、肯定条件、否定条件。肯定条件又称积极条件。它以一定事实发生为条件成就。否定条件故又称消极条件。否定条件与肯定条件相反，它以一定事实的不发生为条件成就，解除条件是指合同效力的终止决定于所附条件的成就。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百五十八条民事法律行为可以附条件，但是根据其性质不得附条件的除外。附生效条件的民事法律行为，自条件成就时生效。附解除条件的民事法律行为，自条件成就时失效。
