释义	法律分析: 每个月作为一个会计期数，每一年为12期。我国个人所得税纳税的期数跟企业申报的税费是一样的，按公历年的1月1日至12月31日为一个会计年度。比如8月的个税，则期数为8期，5月的个税，申报的时候，期数为5期。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国个人所得税法》第十一条居民个人取得综合所得，按年计算个人所得税;有扣缴义务人的，由扣缴义务人按月或者按次预扣预缴税款;需要办理汇算清缴的，应当在取得所得的次年三月一日至六月三十日内办理汇算清缴。预扣预缴办法由国务院税务主管部门制定。
