释义	法律分析：对于可能涉及无期徒刑或者死刑的严重刑事犯罪，或者故意违反监规的罪犯，在法庭审理的过程中可以采取戴脚链的措施。但如果罪犯的危险性消失的，应当停止使用戒具。法律依据：《中华人民共和国监狱法》第四十五条监狱遇有下列情形之一的，可以使用戒具：（一）罪犯有脱逃行为的；（二）罪犯有使用暴力行为的；（三）罪犯正在押解途中的；（四）罪犯有其他危险行为需要采取防范措施的。前款所列情形消失后，应当停止使用戒具。
